To Whom It may concern: I previously resided in TUcson Az and now reside in Huntington Wv. THere is a huge need for help with gang related activity here. Having known that there is an outreach through Casas Adobes, that addresses gang related activity, i am in need of a proposal as to how to address this issue here, there is a recent person that is put in charge of this in this town and the Salvation Army are wanting to get involved.
